What is Bite Size Living?

Bite Size Living is the secret recipe for how to break up those large, overwhelming tasks into smaller more manageable pieces; think an appetizer portion instead of a five-course meal. It's the cure for thoughts like:

  • I'd like get started on my lengthy to-do list. But if I can't do it all then why bother even starting?
  • I want to get back into a hobby a I love. But, if I can't do it perfectly I won't even start.
  • I have to organize my desk (and my kitchen and my clothes and my photos), but I'd need at least a weekend. But I'm just not sure what to keep and what to toss, so I'll get around to it (someday.)
