Before you whip up my frothy milk chocolate recipe for National Chocolate Milk Day, let’s declutter. How many milk glasses do you own? Do you have cracked, fancy, bendy straws or ones that can’t be cleaned? How about old chocolate drink mix in a rusty tin sitting on the pantry shelf?
After a quick decluttering session let’s make some frothy milk chocolate. You’ll need to whip together:
- 1 TBS cocoa powder
- 1 TBS white granulated sugar
- 1/8 C heavy cream
I put it in a tightly sealed food storage container and I shake it for 3-5 minutes. You could whisk it in a bowel or blender. You are basically making chocolate whipped cream. Then spoon it onto a glass of white milk. The whipped topping will melt into the milk. It’s pretty and pretty delicious.
