I think in every house there is at least one bottle of expired vitamins. And most of us have a minimum of one bottle of supplements we no longer take. Today is the day to clear them out! Not sure where to dispose of them? Check with your local pharmacy, most have a take back program. While you are in “toss” mode how about recycling the cheap pill organizers- the free promotional ones- that don’t stay closed. And in case you are wondering this is my favorite pill organizer.
